On January 3, 2019, PSECU issued a Special Membership Reward totaling $22 million. The surprise reward was the largest PSECU had ever distributed. It was given to show appreciation to PSECU’s membership, celebrate its 85th anniversary, and honor its 22 founding members. The goal of this integrated campaign was to not only communicate the announcement and create loyalty with existing members, but also to increase brand awareness and attraction for prospective members. Deliverables included billboards, email announcement, mobile app pop-up screen, landing page, social media ads, video and more. Winner of a 2019 Gold Marcom Award.
